This policy covers this documentation website and how we handle your information when you contact us about Geo Maps. For what the Geo Maps plugin does with data on your site, see Privacy and Data.

“We” and “us” means Suprim, the developer of Geo Maps. You can reach us at support@suprim.com.au.

What we collect ​

This website collects no personal information. There are no accounts, forms, analytics or advertising, and we set no cookies.

Your browser saves one setting on your own device: whether you chose the light or dark theme. It isn’t sent to us.

Services this website uses ​

Loading these pages contacts a few other services. Like any website, they receive your IP address and browser details:

  • Vercel, which hosts these pages and may keep short-lived server logs for security and reliability. See the Vercel privacy policy.
  • Fontshare (Indian Type Foundry), which serves the Clash Grotesk typeface.
  • OpenStreetMap tile servers, run by the OpenStreetMap Foundation, which serve the map images on the home page. See the OSMF privacy policy.

The examples on this site only describe Google Maps; this site doesn’t load it.

When you email us ​

If you email us for support or sales, we use your name, email address and message to reply, and keep the conversation so we can help you later. We don’t sell or share it, and we don’t add you to a mailing list.

Buying Geo Maps ​

Geo Maps is sold through the Craft Plugin Store, run by Pixel & Tonic. They handle payment and licensing under their own privacy policy. We may see the name, email address and organisation on a licence, and only use them to support that licence.

Your choices and rights ​

You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@suprim.com.au. We’ll reply within 30 days. If you’re not happy with our response, you can complain to your local privacy regulator; in Australia, that’s the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Changes ​

If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
